Biography

Be Comfortable With Who You Work With

Joanne hails from Calgary, Alberta with an oil and gas background.

She, and a select team of land agents, representing a major petroleum company in 1976, searched, negotiated and acquired 100,000 acres of freehold mineral leases in Southwestern Ontario. Her extensive background in title registry, oil and gas land administration, led her to Toronto when she joined one of Canada's largest natural gas utilities during the "Off Oil Conversions to Natural Gas" years! As a charter member of a morning Toastmasters club, and student of Economics at York University, these motions set the stage for her start in real estate.

Joining RE/MAX Professionals Inc. and becoming licensed in 1986, listing and selling homes in Toronto's west end, developing programs to build client-databases and applying strategic marketing techniques, gave Joanne an edge where property evaluations became a constant, during the high and low ebbs of the real estate market.

She teamed with Robert Pettigrew in 2000 as his, full-time Assistant/Buyer Agent, and continued through and beyond the merging of the "Pettigrew-Estlick" team.

Currently, Joanne is an independent salesperson, with over 30 years of real estate experience. She has seen the growing and changing trends of real estate and is ready, willing and able to put her competent real estate knowledge and customer service skills working for you!
